I want a bald baby. I have had terrible heartburn most of my pregnancy, but I don't care. I mean, he can have a little hair but my H was born with a ton of hair. I prefer mostly bald babies myself.
Ok disclaimer as long as he is healthy I don't care but it would be nice to know why so much heartburn and acid reflux!
Well, clearly I assumed healthy baby comes before anything else . I think me wanting a bald baby is a UO. It seems like everyone else I know prefers a baby with a head full of hair.
In the ultrasound they can pick up little sparkles of hair. Yup. I was the lady who asked... if it is zero-tiny bit of hair it is hard to see but if floats off the head at all the tech could tell. Oh and the baby has to be in a favorable position. My LO is never in favorable u/s positions.

Mine never wanted to make things easy. Not even in the NT scan. In the last scan we got the tech said he has hair and long eyelashes, but my OB said that she couldn't feel any hair in the spot she felt, so I will have to wait and see.
I have an ultrasound picture of my LO's hair floating around. At every single US appointment the tech says "good Lord, that's a lot of hair!" I think she forgets in between. Lol

I prefer bald babies, too. Full heads of hair on babies kind of weirds me out.

I may just have to post pics of jace (twin a). The kid needed a hair cut the day he was born.
My nurse in LD said there actually is research that links girls with heartburn and a full head of hair, that its not just a wives tale.
Edited for spelling!

I never had heartburn in my life before this pregnancy where i had it crazy bad. and I basically didn't have hair myself until I was 2yo. My son came out with lots of hair! OWT myth un-busted!!! Dh also didn't have much hair when he was born. I have a feeling my sons hair will fall out and grow back though.
I've had about the same amount of heartburn this pregnancy as I did with DS, and he had a head full of dark hair. He's a completely blonde now, so it's crazy to look at his NB photos. I'll be interested to see if his little brother is the same way w/ the amount of hair.
I had heartburn like you wouldn't believe, and baby girl has long dark hair. I joked throughout the pregnancy that she better be growing a lot of hair with the heartburn she was putting me through. I love me some hairy babies though!

I had a ton of HB with both babies, when DS was born and he had no hair, I yelled out "But I had horrible heartburn!!" (I was drugged, to be fair) The nurses thought I was hilarious.
This baby came out with a crapload of hair. So GL!
