T&P's please - Bleeding UPDATE

I've always liked the number 13 but today could be day to fear Friday the 13th for the rest of my life. I felt a small gush and went to the bathroom at work. I am having bright red bleeding and it's pretty heavy. I had very light spotting off and on in weeks 5 & 6. Made it a whole week without spotting and then yesterday there was a very tiny blood clot when I wiped yesterday and I tried to brush it off as insignificant. Now this. Just waiting for a call back from my doctor's office and praying for a miracle. Please send prayers my way. Much love and thanks in advance.
UPDATE: well the ultrasound showed that our little bean's heart stopped beating about 5 days ago. Waiting to see if I naturally progress over the weekend otherwise the d and c is scheduled for Tuesday. My heart is broken. I was expecting this 3 weeks ago but was hoping since this one was not ectopic that we'd finally get our rainbow. Well I give her to God. I know he loves her as much as I do. Praying you all have safe and healthy pregnancies and babies and hopefully I will be back here in a few months. Thank you for York love and support.
