  Thoughts and prayers to all who need them. 

  
  

  All is good - I've been worried about Baby B - not feeling much movement on my right side - but she seems to be checking in right now (ah!!!! she tapped right when I wrote that! I had some cold pineapple juice to get her going) I've been calling baby B a "her" this week because of being shy, but we still don't know what we are having. 

  
  

  My doctor lectured me to slow down on the weight gain. So I have been trying to make better choices and eat healthier. 

  
  

  They are measuring nice and big, and I am measuring 26 weeks @ my 20 week appointment, and my cervix was amazing: 4.17. I think we are on track for a good outcome. My hip pain has been awful though - I can't believe how uncomfortable I already am and only half way-ish done. 

  
  

  No appointments this week - strange!!

  All is well over here. 18 weeks and counting down until our next sono at 21 weeks to see our little boys again. I have been feeling little movements lately but wasn't sure if it was 'really' them since its still early. Well, yesterday it was for sure! All day long I felt their little nudges and I couldn't get enough!

  Doing so-so over here.  Just got back from MFM and OB.  Cervix is down to 1.6 from 2.5 last Wednesday.  Cervical check was good though.  Not dilated or funneling.  Back to a stricter moderate bed rest.  Both babies are doing great though.  Measuring on track and moving around like crazy.  Done with appointments for the week so I suppose I'll be catching up on some TV, movies, and books for the foreseeable future.

  25 weeks 1 day

  I was put on modified bedrest last Wednesday due to high blood pressure. My MFM doc isn't concerned since he said all blood pressure will be high if they don't let you rest a few minutes before taking it. I have a machine at home and it consistently gives me 110-120/167-175. I also gained 12 pounds since my last appointment so they are having me take my GD test this Thursday. I'm also doing a 24 hour urine collection starting tomorrow morining. Yay! (sarcasm)

  My MFM doc has me on a high protein/low carb diet to help with my high level of amniotic fluid. Since I started this diet last Wednesday, I've lost some pounds.

  The girls are growing great, 1 pound 6 oz a piece.

  All is good here. Boys are measuring within 3 days of the due date and 13 inches and 1.8 and 1.9 pounds each. Cervical check on thursday hopefully its still holding up. Just been extremely tired and sore and feeling like I can not breath. 25 weeks this week so getting closer to the end of it all 11 weeks until c-section I am so excited to meet these boys!

  Checking in for myself. Today I'm 15 weeks and I have both OB and MFM appts next week. Hoping to find out about the genders next week, but at the same time I don't want to know.
  
  Trying so hard to drink tons of water and increase my protein. Increasing protein is not easy work!

  I bought a doppler this weekend and got to hear the heartbeats for the first time. I found both too!! (Which my OB said wasn't possible..) One at 140ish the other at 150ish.

  T&P's to everyone. Been thinking of all of our ladies lately and I am so thankful for this board!

  19 weeks tomorrow and have to wait one more week for another u/s!  This one will be the anatomy scan and i'm quite nervous about it.  Last u/s the tech didnt' see Baby B's stomach "bubble" and said there is very little fluid in stomach.  From what I read, either it may have been a bad angle, the baby may have just urinated, or it could be an issue with the esophagus/swallowing.  i'm anxious to see if the "bubble" can be seen next week.  DH doesn't know i've been googling what it could be since MFM didn't seem too concerned with what tech told her.  

  
  

  Last visit baby's were 10 grams apart (203 grams and 213 grams) and looking good with equal fluid.  

  
  

  Today is my first day of being unemployed after a lay off so i'm trying to just take one thing at a time and start organizing the household before i get too uncomfortable to do so! For now i'm feeling ok, just tired and can't wait to feel these boys kicking! 

  Me (37) DH (39); PCOS changed to Unexplained, changed to DOR in 2012 (finally a correct diagnosis!); 

  Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  

  Clomid + Trigger x2; 

  IUI + Femara x1,

  IUI + Follistim x2;

  IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.

  IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life.

  28 weeks 3 days. I just had a growth u/s and appointment today! The boys are doing very well, both 2lb6oz. They are on the small side but the doctor an the u/s tech both think that's just how big they are (as opposed to having a growth restriction). 
  
  My OB has recommended an iron supplement because I'm exhausted. I feel like I get more tired every day. Also I'm getting a blood test to check for cholestasis because I've had some itching in my hands and feet, just to be on the safe side. I am definitely starting to get pretty uncomfortable now ... short of breath, no comfortable positions to sit in, nauseous ... yay third trimester, lol.  

  
  

  Unfortunately Baby A has decided to remain butt-down, although Baby B is now head down. B's head has worked its way down beneath A's bottom, but A's sac is still the one by the cervix, so they aren't switching the labels. Here's hoping that either Baby A flips or Baby B manages to get next to my cervix, because I'm really anxious about needing a c-section.

  My first check in on this board. Probably like everyone, my journey has been long, so I will try to be brief
  I am pregnant with di/di girls. 30 weeks 3 days with due date of 11/15/13. I have been on home bedrest since 21&6 due to shortened cervix. I was admitted at 26&6 for PTL and received mag/steroids/toradol and finally back home after 6 days on nifedipine with a pessary placed. My cervix is around 1cm now and next appointment is Friday. I am hoping to make it to 34 or 35 weeks. Baby B is being watched for IUGR since she is only 10.5% on the growth chart. However, discordance remains good at 12%. Bedrest is long and boring, but trying to take it a day at a time.

  I had my last MFM appointment today and Baby A is measuring 5.6 lbs and Baby B is measuring 5 lbs. Time is flying by now!!

  23 weeks 3 days here. Doing really well but had a pre-term labor scare about a week ago where I was admitted into labor & deliver at 2 am. Twelve hours later, they let me go home after determining it was just a scare because I was dehydrated but was warned to significantly cut back on my activities. Had a great appointment with my MFM on Thursday and cervix is still over 4 and heart rates & fluids are good too.

  
  

  In major nesting mode at the house and can't wait to get the nursery painted this coming weekend. Sleeping is getting really tough but hopefully I will be a bit more comfortable when it gets cooler out. Also booked my maternity photo shoot for later this month and am super excited about it. Never did engagement pics so I am looking forward to capturing this special moment in time with DH.

  BFP #1 on 12/15/11 but missed m/c with d&c on 2/1/12.

  BFP #2 on 5/1/13 = boy/girl TWINS with EDD of 1/3/14 but expected no later than 12/20/13.

  Update: 30w 6d having a rough 24 hrs. Babies are kicking non-stop and I am just so sore. The number of contractions seem ok, but they just are more uncomfortable because I am sore all over. We've been in the hospital on bedrest since 24 weeks and trying to wring every last minute out of me - hopefully to 34 weeks! My hips are killing me and I cannot sleep more than a few hours at night. I am starving and have only gained 8 lbs total, but am on a GD diet which is so hard for me to find stuff to eat. Whine, whine, whine. Sorry for that. I'm just feeling terrible and just want an uneventful next three weeks.

  Hi MoMs. I start my second trimester tomorrow! Still nauseous everyday but it's definitely getting better. Still losing weight but I'm eating better. Have our anatomy scan and first meeting with MFM center (finally) scheduled on October 15th. Cannot wait to learn the gender of our Modi twins. We're predicting girls but we'll leave it up to science. We have not heard any results on any tests so all we can assume is the best! All we heard was the NT scan was good because it was then they learned our twins shared a placenta. It was like getting to tell people all over again!! Loving the idea of twins more everyday. Thanks, everyone!

  14w3d here. I've finally gotten some energy back but now I'm getting bad headaches and an increase in heartburn. Just trying to keep up with the water and eating enough with the heat and heartburn. Next appointment still isn't for 2 more weeks and that will be the first time meeting w/my OB since finding out about the twins.

  I am doing well at 27 wks 4 days. The babies are active and I am still waddling along. Now I am worrying how I am going to do it all. The time is just moving so quickly.

  My due date is april 25, of course these babies will come earlier. I throw up stomavh acid at best every morning, and I cannot keep my eyes opwn. I literally need a nap half way through my work day amd can't take one.

  32weeks. It's getting close and there is still so much to do, but I have zero motivation to get anything done. My back and right hip are really starting to bother me, so all I want to do is sit or sleep. My in-laws are coming into town tomorrow, apparently with a bunch of baby clothes, which is the one thing we don't need! Our shower is this weekend, so that should be fun. Hopefully it won't take too long to finish up the nursery after that.

  Finally starting to get some energy back! Yesterday was the first time in weeks where I didn't need to take a nap at noon! And the icing on the cake, I'm feeling the little one's flutters. My midwife dropped me because their license doesn't allow for delivery of twins. So I'm in between providers right now. I have an appointment with our local OBGYN but the birth center doesn't have a nursery let alone a NICU. I'm really stressed about the hospital situation because the next closest hospital is over an hour away in all directions. Sigh

  I haven't updated in awhile! I am pregnant with twin di/di girls ( Sadie and Scarlet) Had an ultrasound the other day and both girls are head down and super low making it pretty uncomfortable! I will be 29 weeks on Thursday and have my first MFM appointment this Friday!

  Hi!  26w3d with my 2 boys.  Lots of movement, in fact it feels like the one is training for the Tour De' France some days.  I swear he's peddling a bicycle!  Otherwise, all is well.  I have had strange hip pain though, only on my right side.  A few nights ago it felt like someone shot me with a shotgun. (Not that I've ever had that experience, but it's what came to mind)  Doing well and wishing I could tie my shoes like a normal person again.  Ugh, such is life!

  22 weeks 6 days. I've been doing really good except that I was supposed to have a MFM appt yesterday but I missed it because our car broke down so that sucks. Both babies are getting more and more active everyday which is amazing.   Hi, can I be added please?  I'm 9w4d with twins.  Our history is in our siggy, but these lil miracles come to us after 3 failed IUIs and 3 IVFs.  For the most part, I feel good, although the nausea is starting to get worse and I'm tired all the time.  Totally worth it though.  I graduated from my RE last week and see the OB for the first time today.  I'm also being followed by a reproductive immunologist who suggested I consult with a MFM.  I plan to ask the OB about that today.  Hope everyone's having a good week!

  Since I didn't know about the multiple boards until yesterday, I would like to be added. Twin di/di boys due feb 14. I'm 18 weeks right now. 

  
  

  First day of not puking my guts out in over 11 weeks, I'm hoping to finally get a full meal down. Twins are far as I can tell are doing fine don't have my A/s first week of october so still have a while. Though I will see them again at my appointment in two weeks as they do an Ultrasound at every appointment to check on heart beats.   Ugh! Sorry to hear about your car - so frustrating, especially on a day that comes with eager anticipation. The sleeping issue is starting to be a problem for me, too. Well, in fact, any position I am in becomes an issue after a few hours (office chair, lounging on the couch, kitchen table, etc)

  Hi Ladies- Thanks for adding me!  I believe I have some di/di twins. I'm so excited to be here.
  
  I have another ultrasound on Thursday at 10 weeks.  I get so nervous before them, just too much worrying that we aren't going to see a heartbeat or something.  I don't know if that's infertility brain or just normal mom worrying but I wish I could just believe this is really happening a bit more.  Maybe that will be my goal in the next few weeks. 
  
  I also worry about when to tell people.  I feel huge already although my friends tell me it just looks like I've gained a few lbs.  (Yes- I realize that saying "huge" at 9 weeks to this group is ridiculous).  I'm trying to wait till 11 or 12 weeks to spill the beans but I feel like people will notice sooner if they haven't already.

  Hey y'all I just found this group! Super excited there is a board for multiples! I am 5w5d with our 2 little identical blessings. We did IVF with ICIS and got a BFP through blood & my RE at 2 weeks. I'm still on progesterone shots that are making me feel extremely bloated( silly I know) but looking forward to all the joys of having my 2 little miracles. . My EDD is May 5th....yay right!

  Hello! I am 17 weeks 2 days with spontaneous triplets. I am due Feb 15, 2014 with 3 little princesses. Baby A and Baby B are identical and little Baby C is our "singleton". We are planning on naming the Kinley Elizabeth (A), Brinley Nicole (B), and Avery Kate (C). I'm excited to make new MoMs friends and follow on all your journeys!

  I guess it's time to join the check in! I am currently 28w 4d with di/di fraternal twins. We are team green and so excited for the big surprise! I think I have hit the point in my pregnancy where I give up! I am a SAHM to our 2yo DS and he is running me ragged. I am still so excited to have 2 new beautiful babies but am so anxious for them to be here. I had PTL with DS so I am on hydroyprogestrone shots weekly and well as being monitored closely by my MFM, next u/s is Monday, yay!! Oh, my due date is 12/1 or 11/30...depends on who you ask!

  I'm due 4/11 with our long waited and prayed for IVF miracle twins. I am 9w5d today and just booked my first OB appointment. My RE said she will keep monitoring me through week 12. I'm SO happy to be here

  I'm 8 weeks and 1 day, I believe.  Pregnant with twins, don't know what type, but guessing from the ultrasound pictures some of you have posted of both times, mine are not identical (very blatant thick membrane between the two).  Honestly trying to stay positive, but spending most of the day in bed with nausea, and a throbbing in my left temple that does not want to go away since I had a migraine two days ago ><

  I also worried about this - I felt like it was SO obvious at 10 weeks (my pants were not fitting at all!) and thought everyone knew - well when I told work, my boss flipped out! He said he had no clue and couldn't tell at all, then flipped when I said it was twins lol. I was 12.5 weeks before we shared the news with anyone other than each other (we wanted to wait to get Mat21 results before telling anyone).

  I haven't checked in for a long while! I'm 33weeks 5days today with fraternal twin boys! So happy to be this far along with all I've been faced with this pregnancy; triplets, TRAP Sequence, fetal surgery, threat of losing the pregnancy..etc. Last week I had an appt with my MFM, she's all worried I'm going to develope pre-e. which I guess I could. But it's solely based on my swelling and weight gain. Which with my daughter was insane! I'm doing incredible this pregnancy in regards to swelling and weight lol. I'm feeling all proud of myself ha She was thinking I'd deliver this next week. But it's looking like I won't be. Today at my OB appt we scheduled my csection!! For October 7th!!! I'm so excited yet scared out of my mind for a csection! Baby A is breech and doesn't look like he will be turning I guess. I'm hoping pre e holds off till my section! So excited for these boys!!

  I'm in my 16th week now. Still dealing w incredible exhaustion, hunger that is either non-existent or ravenous and debilitating headaches. I have been allowed to resume normal activities to see how my body responds. If I start bleeding, then I will dial it back again. I'm not going into the office full-time but its nice to be able to go in and work some. This pregnancy has been, by far, the hardest of my 3.
  
  I go to my first MFM appointment on Thursday the 19th. I'm really excited to potentially find out sexes of babies but mainly anxious to see if everything checks out okay with their health. I'm counting down the minutes.

  I think I intro'd awhile ago but I am due 11/30 with di/di b/g twins. I think I am on MBR lol at my appt on Wednesday the dr said just take it easy so who knows!
