A thought occurred to me....

If this pregnancy sticks and eeverything goes smoothly and we get a baby at the end of this, I am done with worrying about when I will go into menopause, my cycles, my hormones, etc. After this pregnancy, I can geoon hormones and be done with the whole thing!
IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    Such a great thought. The constant worrying of IF can be quite consuming. It's nice to know there's light at the end of the tunnel!!

    Can you even imagine?! Getting to go back to being normal without the constant worry? Of course there will be plenty else to worry about, but IF will no longer consume you!
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009
    IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
    beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
    beta #2 11/28 = 2055
    Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!
    Surprise, our 2nd daughter P was born 5/22/14!

    Good way to approach it! I am 100% tying my tubes like the doc suggested at the end of this if it goes back like they think. No more paying to get pregnant then constant what ifs.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    That's one of my favorite parts about being done with treatments.  I spent two years charting, cycling, and POASing.  It's so nice to know that if my body goes into menopause tomorrow (I'm 40 now) I don't care.  I'm done trying to and being pregnant, and very happy to have the family we wanted, but most importantly, I'm glad to be done with the entire process!
    10/10: Married; 5/11: Dx: Blocked Fallopian Tube; 7/11: D&C/Hysteroscopy to remove polyp
    IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12
    IVF #2: 11/12-12/12: ER: 20R, 20M, 16F, 4 Frosties; 5dt: 3 blasts, DS born 8/9/13

    Girl I am so with you.  I cannot wait to hold this baby boy in my arms and have my family complete.  I am ready to close this chapter of my book and finally just give my family 100% of my undivided attention ... and mostly, to just ENJOY them and not have to worry about making more of them ;)
