Pimples on baby

Last week I noticed a little red pimple on my daughters hand. I thought it was just a little bug bite or weird pimple. Now between yesterday and today she has gotten about 3 more. One on her forehead, leg, and arm. I don't know what it is. Just pimples or something I should see the doctor about? As far as I can tell she hasn't been exposed to any bugs. Any thoughts?
