Another shoe question

So since stride rite are on sale on Zulilly I want to go ahead and buy Dagny a couple pairs in the next size. She's a 4M now...should I go with 4.5 or 5 for her next shoe? Any thoughts?

My mom bough Liam stride shoes in July and he was 4.5w. I went back to buy him some fall shoes (and ones he can where with socks) and he is a full size bigger 5.5w. So I'd say size up.
