I know this will greatly depend/vary on where you live.
I live in SOfla, temps are right now high 80's low 90's. I keep the air at 77 when Mini and I are home all day. When DH is home he swears I'm trying to kill him and lowers it to 74. I think that's too cold.
So, What's your temp outside and what do you keep your air at?

Re: How cold do you keep your house?
highs are in the 90's
We keep it at 74.
Highs have been in the 90s-100s.
We keep our between 77-79. I just shut the ac off because it's so chilly outside. It rained for the first time in over a month! If it cools down at night our house cools down too so we don't have to run the ac a ton.

Awesome so are we! I'm originally from the East Coast, but DH got transferred for work, so here we are! We are just South of Fort Myers.

I need to be cold to sleep. I was hot the other night and I woke up screaming at the top of my lungs and sweating buckets. I'd been tossing and turning, and I had a VERY vivid nightmare. Happens every time I overheat at night, although the screaming was a first. DH believes me now that he's witnessed it.
As much as my hormonal breastfeeding self would prefer 70, we do 74-75 for the sake of everyone else in the house.
ETA: I missed the outside temp part! It was 98 here yesterday.
Sorry, forgot about outside temps. I'm in ND, so summer is anywhere from 80-95. Winter gets cold, and varies from lows in single digits to below zero with even colder wind chills.
