Things that made me cry today:

- State farm commercial where little boy tells agent his hair will grow back

- NPR story about little boy with brain tumor

- A woman letting me into a long line of traffic on my way into work

- Middle school student picking up another student's dropped books

- Bumper sticker shaped like a paw that said, "Who rescued who?"

- Mariano Rivera receiving an award from the Orioles for his longevity.

WOW--hormones much?

Anyone else out of control with the tears?

Awwwww, I almost teared up at the bumper sticker! I get emotional at the TV often. Thankfully not too bad elsewhere yet

I read an article about an elephant calf rejected by its mother. It cried for 5 hours straight and couldn't be consoled. It was finally adopted by its caretaker who got it to stop. It was horrible and sad. I sobbed at my desk for 20 minutes.

Ok reading op made me want to cry. I also want to thank op for creating this post. DH was surprised tonight when we watched the series finale of burn notice, I cried like a baby.3 different times I won't say anything else in case other ladies watch it and have not seen it yet. Can't help it.

I cried because I needed to go to the bathroom today. Couldn't just get up to go to the bathroom...had to cry about it first.

This really makes me feel like I am not alone. I cried when my husband asked me what I'd had for dinner. Not "what's for dinner?" - he'd already fed himself - just asking me about what I'd found to eat.

(The answer was "nothing yet," because no matter what I eat my stomach is unhappy. And yet it is also unhappy when empty. I cry in solidarity with my stomach.)

I had a breakdown last night in my kitchen after shoe shopping. I am a florist so I have a huge wedding this weekend which my hubby and I are also attending. After being on my feet for 9 hrs there's no way in hell I can get my super cute sky high heels on (he's 6ft5" and I'm 5 3"). Anyway had to get something with a smaller heel and I was convinced I looked like an old lady. Lol totally crazy I know but that's how I felt.

Ha this cracks me up!! I started crying the other day when I got home from work and my dog had pooped all over our new carpet!! Normally I would just be ticked at her...but nope I actually started crying!!

Ok I just cried at work. In my defense I was told of a new policy that makes it all but impossible to do my job well, and I'm mad as a hatter. But it came out in hysterical years instead of screaming in frustration. At least I made it until I was alone in my classroom.

I'm like the Incredible Hulk, I actually dropped the F bomb-very loudly-over problems closing an online account. My husband and I have been together 16 years and he has never heard me use anything harsher than sh*t or d*mn under my breath in anger/frustration.

I've been doing pretty well with the crazy crying but I broke down last night. like full on ugly cry, but it was happy ugly cry..I don't know if that makes it better.

Anyway, so I used to work in pediatric oncology. I kept in touch with some of my old patients (flame away nurses). I had a young girl that was in her 3rd relapse of leukemia at the age of 7. She's survived and has been in remission for 3 years and I got to see her and the beautiful young woman she has grown into last night. When I left her I started sobbing uncontrollably. My husband was more than a little worried. He thought arranging the meet would cheer me up not make me miserable. I tried to explain that I was just so very happy. he didn't get it.
