Teething at 4 months

My baby boy is 4 months old and today he had his first mild fever of 100.1 2 hrs later I took it again and it had gone down to 99.1. Has anyone else experiences mild fever with teething? He also had some loose stool in a big blowout diaper and tiny indications of redness in his cheeks.

    My LO has been having all those symptoms off and on for about three weeks now. He's 4 months/18 weeks. Actually all of his symptoms have ramped up in the last 4 days. He's been even more fussy, loose stools, red cheeks, and rubbing his face a lot. He's also been fussy while eating so he hasn't been eating as much. (I think the sucking hurts his gums.) I'm really hoping he gets teeth soon because he's pretty miserable, poor baby.
