I'm not sure how to do this, these at our first kids and we don't know how all this works.
What should I be researching?
Is there a specific doctor I need?
What do I look for in a hospital?
Do I need to contact my insurance and let them know its multiplies and check coverage?

Re: Choosing an OB for twins? Help!
Just a little bkgd- An OB is your doctor for you and your pregnancy. You may want to ask if they have an after hours line and how responsive they will be. Look up reviews on Yelp or your local boards. An MFM is the babies' doctor. They monitor their health but do not do deliveries.
If they deliver, you can avoid having 2 doctors managing your care.
If they don't deliver, ask for an OB recommendation of someone they have a working relationship with.
Call sooner rather than later, MFMs book up fast.
