    Whos day is it in the CO? If its BMs day them I think you would be violating the CO by taking her wo BMs permission. Would BM not allow it if you asked?

    FWIW I would be beyond livid if BD took the kids from school all day on my day without telling me about it.

    Edit: reading comprehension fail. If it is your day in the CO then you will be fine.

    I assumed you meant you would get her after school until night time but I don`t think you would have a problem since it is only pre-school.

    Like I said, I don`t think it would be a problem since it`s only preschool. We took SD out of Pre-K for a week to go to Disney.

    My suggestion?  Call your SD's teacher and ASK HER!

    Preschool is not "just preschool" anymore.  Depending on the State, the entire early elementary education  cirriculum is based on the Preschool Attendance.  So if you are not going to take your kid out of Kindy, then you might not want to take your kid out of PreSchool, especially if they are evaluating that week. 

    Now, I am actually ok with taking children out of school, but only if the teacher is ok with it.
