1st ultrasound at 6+3 we saw 1 baby. 2nd at 7wks we sae two babies right next to each other with two heartbeats. Today at 7+6 the tech swears there is only one baby. Now they will do another u/s in 9/25 and 10/3 to see what they see.
Sorry, I hit send too soon. I'm sure it will be hard to wait until your next u/s to know for sure, but I would think that you had a vanishing twin syndrome

Please request an referral to perinatologist MFM (high risk pregnancy Dr.). They are the experts and have the best u/s equipment, especially since in your last post the OB felt strongly you were having mo/mo twins. I would not accept waiting another 2 weeks if I was you. Best of luck.
That early, they can hide behind each other....I had 4 u/s before they found out I was having twins at 9+weeks (I go to an RE, hence all the u/s). I know it is hard, but I would just wait and see.

You really need to get in to see an MFM with the best equipment possible. The picture you posted in your MoMo post only looks like one baby, but it's really hard to say. I hate to say it, but time will tell.
