  If you don't get SS on Saturdays until after his game, more than half your weekend is gone. I think that once his schedule comes out, you pick a few games that you are willing to drive up for and make accommodations to stay near the game. Pick up SS on Friday night, stay over night and then leave with SS after his game. I'm assuming you spilt driving or meet half way on Sundays. For the rest of the games that are on your time, SS will just have to miss them. His time with his dad, especially with the fact that your DH has been deployed, is much more precious then any sport.
