Zzzquil??

Can I take zzzquil?? I have to work at 5 in the morning. But I'm not sleeping the only thing I have is zzzquil is it safe for me to take??

    I'm pretty sure no... It has alcohol and I've think it was on my no list but can't find it for sure.

    Try melatonin. Its all natural...your body produces it and it works wonders. Pretty sure it is safe.

    It is the same ingredient as in Benadryl, so I would think yes. FYI if you have a 24 hour pharmacy in your area, you should be able to call them with these kinds of questions. CVS has been a good resource for me in the past when it comes to pharmaceutical-related questions.

    Melatonin is a powerful hormone with limited safety testing and regulation. I would avoid it. Tylenol pm andbenadryl are both ok.

    I think this thread jinxed me cause now I can't fall asleep, have been trying since 10....right after I read this....which makes no sense because I'm exhausted all day.
