Dammit daycare!

After we got home today, E kept tripping and falling all over the place. She does that sometimes when she's really tired so we tried to rush getting dinner ready. She started her usual evening fussing, so I went to the pantry to pull out a graham cracker. She goes to follow me, trips again, and launches herself face first into the edge of the dishwasher.
You might be wondering about the title and how this could possibly be daycare's fault. Well, I'll tell you. They put her shoes on the wrong feet!
Poor little thing has a huge bruise and her eye is swollen halfway shut. Why do LOs have to be so brave and yet so uncoordinated??

    Oh no! I want to know why daycares insist on 1 year olds wearing shoes when most of them just learned to walk anyway. At our daycare, all shoes are off in the infant room even the adults and parents so why can't they have the same rule for one year olds or at least a transition period or something?

    I hope E feels better and her eye looks better in the morning, although in my experience it may not. :(

    Poor E! I also LOL'd at the daycare thing, although it's really not that funny! Poor baby could've gotten hurt even worse! Hope you all can get lots of snuggles in and that she feels better soon!

    Ouch! Poor E. I yearn for the day that DS doesn't have a bruise somewhere on his face.

    aw poor thing! And doesn't help when she is tired.

    Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

    6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

    10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

    Thanks everyone.  It's not as bad this morning as I feared it would be, but her eye is still quite swollen.  She's such a tough girl though!  I did have to tell day care about it this morning.  It was sad.
