Twins playing catch up

I had my boys at 36w3d and one was 6lb while the second twin was 4lb .5oz.

Now they have both made decent gains in their 3 weeks here (baby a is now 7lb4oz and baby b is 4lb11oz as of yesterday) but I was curious to see if anyone was in my boat and how long it took for the smaller one to catch up. Both are breast fed and baby b also gets a fortifier added to 3 bottles of breast milk per day.

    26 months old and the smaller one still isn't close to catching up.  They were a little over 20% different at birth.  Now they range from 2-3 lbs, 2 inches different.  Are they fraternal or identical?  Sometimes it's just genetics.

    They are di/di. The discordance started out at 22% when the concern was first noted and kept growing. Baby b likely stopped growing when I was 32w along. Their doctor wants to see a decent growth by the 2 month mark and hopes to have him weigh over 6lbs.
