Best Toy for Pulling Up?

Hi ladies,

My 8 month old is keen on pulling himself up and I would rather he not use the dining room chairs or coffee table (at least not all the time). Any good toys out there I can put in his play space on his play mat that he can pull himself up on? He loves playing with the big diaper cardboard boxes but obviously those aren't stable and he topples over. (He doesn't seem to mind but I would rather him have some success)

Of course pics are a plus!

We have the fisher price lion and laugh and learn. My DD#1 used them both a lot but coffee table was her go to crutch.

The table, the couch, chairs, ect. They're babies. They won't use a toy.

Thanks for the help ladies. I get that babies pull up on tables, chairs, couches etc. (which I happened to mention in my original post). For various reasons, we don't have those things (coffee tables, dining room chairs and couches) in baby's playroom and thus I was hoping to receive some guidance on toys that people have successfully put in baby's playroom for them to pull up on. Maybe an activity table they liked or something else...

My little girl loves to pull up on the inside of her pack n play. Also we have a woven rectangular toy box, and if we have some of her books in there to weigh it down :: so it wont tip on her::then I will allow her to pull up on it...good luck! My LO is making me a nervous wreck standing up against everything and anything. I hope I have been some help

We have the baby einstein activity table and my 8 month old DS LOVES it. He's not one to play with most of his toys but this is the one he plays with 9 out of 10 times. Kinda pricely but you can find them used for cheap! best thing ever;)

We have a leather type toy box which is great for her bc she can get a good grip and pull herself up. We also have a fisher price music table, but haven't put the legs on it yet. She still uses it to stand up even though she is bent over holding on to it. Once the legs are on it will be good to hold on to and walk around it.

Not necessarily true about not using toys to pull themselves up. We have the following activity table and our daughter pulls herself up on it all the time. She wants to play with the buttons on top so it actually encouraged her to pull herself up in the beginning.

We don't have a coffee table, and we have hardwoods, so I confine his playspace to a mat in the living room, where there isn't any random furniture. DS is not pulling up yet, but we do have an activity cube I think he'll probably use.

We have this table. It rocks!! It is one of LO's favorite toys. I have the legs off and she will crawl across the room to get to it. I am going to put the legs on it this weekend so she can stand and use it.

OP - what my LO first pulled up on, and uses the most is me when I'm laying on the floor playing with her.

We have a Ballcano that DS likes a lot. It sometimes tips a bit, though, so I usually sit nearby and put a hand on it as needed.

He also loves the laundry basket.

in my DS's playroom we have a bar mounted to the wall with a mirror behind it (similar to what you would find in a ballet studio) and he will stand at the bar and "talk" to the baby in the mirror for hours... its adorable!

This is a great idea!! My little guy gets a huge kick out of himself in the mirror and has started to crawl toward anything that will reflect himself.
