Ok STMs... I've heard this mentioned on here a few times so I had to look it up.
How the heck is this useful?! Clearly you'd see this over clothing? Not to mention it looks ridiculous. Please enlighten me- I'm super intrigued and want to be a believer!

Girls understand without this you are holding two cups to both breast for twenty mins or more, plus turn on the pump with the third hand to maintain suction.
You wear this to hold the shields to your breast. You plan on bf'ing, get use to looking like a cow.
I don't know how many times moo'ing to my DS made me laugh just for sanity. lol
Also these are ridic. expensive. You can get a cheep sports bra and cut a hole the size of a nickle at the nipples and viola hands free nursing bra, just run the shield through the holes.
You will need something like this especially if you go back to work.
Here's a use for those old Bella Bands, cut tiny slits in them and use them over the girls as a hands free pumping bra. You can wear it around you waist all day if you don't want to wrangle it over your head for pumping time.
I did have a pumping bra but used it only at home. I used the Bella Band method at work because it was easier for me.

Any ladies with bigger boobies use this? I think I read the packaging in store when I was nursing DS and I got the impression that it wouldn't work if you have big bosoms.
I'd never be able to use this at work since every second counts as I have to pump during recess (15 mins). It looks like it might take a few mins to get that puppy set up properly. I might not mind it for home, though I did become quite skilled at balancing the bottles for a daring hands-free experience.
As some people said, a sports bra with little holes work better for some people and some pumps (the assembly of the Ameda wouldn't work with little holes in a sports bra, but the Medela horns would).
I admit I had tears I was laughing so hard the first time I saw that picture, though.

@iwubrory It works fine with bigger boobs. I got the "simple wishes" one from amazon and it is infinitely adjustable to get a really snug fit and hold everything in place. There is velcro in the back to get the perfect fit, and then a zipper in the front so there is no struggling to get it over your head. It even provides some compression to help get more milk out. You just pull up your shirt, pull down the cups on a nursing bra, strap this thing over the top and you're good to go.

I only had one side pump so I had one hand free but lost 10 minutes. If you knit you can knit and pump!
I EPed, too! ::raises fist in solidarity::

Until this moment, I NEVER thought about doing them at the same time. Feeding and PUmping at the same time? Dude, I could get an extra half hour of sleep. Who says you can't learn new tricks?
