My crockpot doesn't have a high or low setting and I think this chicken I'm making is going to be done way sooner than I thought. I don't want to leave it cooking too long abd let it get dried out. But is it safe to leave it on the keep warm setting for 5 or 6 hours? Or should I put it in the fridge and re-warm later? It's a whole chicken if that makes a difference.
