  I read online that unscented lotion (aveeno, Nivea etc.) and "airing them out" help the most lol

  Lotion! And you actually have to massage it in for a couple minutes. It will help. I had that so bad it woke me up the other night. Now I make sure to moisturize them daily. I also sleep topples so they get some air. Good luck!

  Mine aren't itching me but I'm always cold and my nipples feel like they are going to just pop right off my chest!! When they are hard they hurt SOOOOOO MUCH!!!! I teach little kids how to swim so I'm I the pool all the time.... And when it's cold I just want to scream!!! not fun!
