  I probably take it 4-5 times a week.  I'd LOVE to stop... I hadn't taken any for a long time prior to hitting 12w.  I think it's mostly that I'm SO stuffed up, it causes a tension headache.  I might try some allergy meds that are safe for us prego ladies
  

  1st FET 2/14/2013 Happy Valentines Day! - BFN
  2nd FET 6/14/2013 - BPF!!! -
  1st Beta: 1046!!!!! - 2nd Beta: 2754!!!!!
  First u/s 7/11/2013 - TWINS!!! 120 and 124 heartbeats
  Second u/s 7/29/2013 - wiggley babies! 178 and 184 heartbeats!
  Third u/s 9/9/2013 - 157 and 161 heartbeats ... a BOY and a GIRL!!!! Cervix on the "shorter side" (3-3.3) - going to check again in 2 weeks.
  Fourth u/s 9/23/2013 - Baby A = 157 Baby B = 150 heartbeat. Cervix now 2.3-2.6 ... being referred to a MFM
  MFM Appointment 9/26/2013 = Both babies healthy, cervix now measuring at 4 - Playing tricks on me ... will follow up in 2 weeks.
  Cervical check 10/7 with regular OB - 2.1cm  --- going BACK to the MFM armed with ultrasound pictures from my OB of my cervix. *sigh*
  MFM Appointment 10/8 - confirmed my cervix at 2.1cm - putting me on Progesterone for a week.
  MFM Appointment 10/17 - Cervix unchanged! Keeping me on Progesterone - followup 10/29

  I have extra strength tylenol and my doc said it was fine to take up to every 8 hours, not 4.

  I couldn't find regular tylenol.

  I only take it if I absolutely need it though

  I try to avoid taking it as much as possible.  But sometimes when I get cluster headaches for days and then I have no choice.

  Although DRs say Tylenol is ok to take, I have read too many studies about how it is bad not only for your liver but for the baby's as well.

  This for me. I'm not avoiding meds (still using an Rx facewash and finacea) but I haven't taken Tylenol.... I've been getting regular headaches lately but Tylenol never did anything for me so I didn't bother even trying it.

  Take it almost everyday for headache wasn't strong enough so now I take Tylenol with codine doc says its fine

  I have been really conscience about how much Tylenol I take now that I am pregnant. Before I used to take it at the first sign of a headache or backache (that or Motrin). Now I try to only take it if my back is really bothering me or if my headache is really bad.

  Thanks all for your responses. I have been feeling very guilty about taking tylenol about twice a week for the last couple of weeks since I know so many women who would never *dream* of taking medication while pregnant. These headaches are no joke though!

  I voted 1-2 times per month, but I doubt it's even that often.  That said, I don't worry about taking it when I need to and if you're in pain and Tylenol helps (it usually does very little for me) then go for it!

  Pregnant or not I try my best to avoid all pain medications. But if I have a bad headache and I can't sleep through it I'll take 1 Tylenol.

  I try to avoid medicine when I can, but know its not always an option. For me between the prenatal, stool softener and thyroid medicine, taking them at appropriate times is hard enough, that I am not trying to throw anything else into the mix.
  
  The only exception may be allergies since between the nasal congestion and how it breaks out my excemza I am not sure how long I will deal.

  I take one several days a week between headaches and bad knees after working out I need it for relief. If its just knee pain and late then I go to bed and it's fine but the headaches are bad.
