Anyone near Raleigh want to start a play group?

My son, Bear, is about to turn one and as I thought about planning his birthday party I got kind of sad that he has no other kids his age to play with. I also babysit a 3 year old and he doesn't have any friends his own age either. I would love to get together at the park or some place the kids can play. I live in Raleigh right next to Cary.

    Hi!  I'm in Fuquay Varina and have a 10.5 month old.  I had a surprise pregnancy though and haven't been feeling so great, so some days I am just not up for much but might be interested in a get together. :)

    I live in Garner and have a 13 month old. I also am sad that he doesn't have any friends super close to his own age! I'd be interested in a get together at some point.

    Check out www.meetup.com. Search for playgroups in your area. I know there are quite a few in Raleigh. That's how I found my group in Knightdale.
