We did a thread like this a while back. What words does your lo get mixed up or say in a funny way?
S calls hummus Thomas. E.g. I like Thomas on crackers.
He had another cutely mangled word today. Dh told him he was impressed when lo pooped on the potty, and S asked "why are you impretzled?"
Re: funny mispronunciations
He also calls airplanes "hairplanes". He always adds the h for whatever reason!

One time I called him a "cranky pants" when he was being really fussy. He got so upset and yelled "I no cranky pamps!" I couldn't help but crack up, tehehe.
Costco = Cost-ma-co
Balloon= banoon
Flamingo= Fra-hin-go
I love these threads
Jonny calls milk "milt" which I find cute.
Also we were on vacation last week and between the hotel and the airports w a stroller we were using the elevator a lot. The first time we said "Ok - let's get in the elevator now" he acted all scared and we couldn't figure out why. Once we got in he said in such a relieved tone, "oh - there is no alligators". Apparently he thought we were asking him to get in an alligator!
Sometimes I correct her, and other times I just smile because it's beyond cute.
Everybody = eddy-buddy ("Hey, eddy-buddy, look at me!")
He also uses "my" instead of "I/I'm", like, "my tired" and "my coming!"
We've got sorts of speech issues here, but the best that I love are Melmo (Elmo), lellow (yellow) and p's for f's like pish (fish) and (peet) and bobot (robot)
We have a picture we drew together of a "bobot with lellow peet"
Backyard=Baccuum-yard (because Baccuum is how he says "vaccuum"
Basment= Base-ah-nent
Aw, I will miss these when they learn how to really REALLY talk!
And all her pronouns are a bit off which is super funny at times. Everything is "mines" instead of mine. I think this is because when we say "mine is..." we say it like "mine's".
LOL I love these too!
He says alligator for elevator too @TMNTgirl!
Long-mower = lawnmower
Scaphetti = spaghetti
Exagator = excavator
There's probably more, I love how they talk at this age!
Banana is mana
Vanilla is cra meela
She has a little trouble with S`s, so squash sounds like fwash.
J says a lot of words incorrectly, but you can usually decipher what he's saying. Some of my favorites are:
"Hangabugus" for hamburgers. "Frig mulk" (like frigate) for fridge milk. He still calls it that even though we are not nursing any more. There was fridge milk and mama milk.
I immediately called my DH and told him that although he didn't want to go into the whole male anatomy with her so early I clearly had to today. But at least she called it "big big"
