First pregnancy:Am I getting sick or is it just pregnancy?

Never been pregnant before, will be 6 weeks tomorrow (despite what the ticker says not sure what is wrong w that thing!) Ive been feeling like im getting sick:

Dry mouth/throat

kind of achy feeling like when you have the flu

tummy rolling around and gurgling (not nauseated though)

feel like Im in a fog all the time

is this pregnancy or am I getting sick?

 

Me:: 32 DH: 37

TTC since 2008

8+ IUI's

IVF June 2013 fresh 2 grade 1 embryos-BFN

IVF frozen transfer Aug 16 2013- 3 embryos=SUCCESS!!!

    Congratulations! You are more than welcome to post here, but you will probably find more pregnant ladies on pregnant after IF or PAIF. Although we've had a big rush of BFPs here recently and hoping for 3 more this week!
    To answer your question, it could go either way. Pregnancy symptoms vary from person to person and pregnancy to pregnancy. That being said, I never had symptoms other than thirsty, tired, and crampy until closer to 10 weeks. If it lasts, you might want to call your doctor. GL and congrats again.
    TTC with PCOS since November 2009

    IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
    IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!

    Congratulations on your pregnancy! It couldn't hurt to check in with your doctor. One thing that comes to mind is that you might need to drink more water. Also, the gurgling stomach and walking around in a fog could be pregnancy. I always was so exhausted when I was pregnant - especially in the first tri. Happy and healthy 9 months!

    Welcome to the first trimester :-)  I felt like this a lot.  A lot.

    Kelly, Mom to Christopher Shannon 9.27.06, Catherine Quinn 2.24.09, Trey Barton lost on 12.28.09, Therese Barton lost on 6.10.10, Joseph Sullivan 7.23.11, and our latest, Victoria Maren 11.15.12

    Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

    Most of the stuff could be pregnancy, but I've never felt achy from pregnancy.  The mental fogginess is classic for pregnancy for me, though. :)

    You can get sick during pregnancy, though. I am pregnant and sick right now. LO had croup and apparently I caught it...or, at least, the virus that causes croup in babies. :( 

    IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
    2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
    BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
    Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
    BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014
