Low-grade fever....for a week???

DS had a cold last week and during that time he had a low-grade fever (the highest I read it with his ear thermometer was 100.1...it was usually in the high 99's).  He's over his cold but still has the low-grade fever.  He HAS cut a few new teeth in the past couple weeks so I could attribute it to teething, but at what point should his temp return to normal?  I may call his pedi Monday just to ask, but wondered if anyone here had experience with this.  Thank you!

DX: High FSH/DOR
It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
Beta #1 (9dp5dt) = 206, Beta #2 (11dp5dt) = 438
1st u/s @ 6w5d = 11/11/11 = ONE little bean! HB 120bpm!

    Normal body temp for a child is between 97 degrees and 100.4 degrees. If he's not acting sick and doesn't have any other symptoms I wouldn't worry about it.

    We took him in and his ears are clean. This kiddo continues to baffle me!

    DS's temp has always consistently been 98.something. Like, for as far back as I can remember. So high 99's/low 100's is absolutely low grade for him...as the urgent care pediatrician confirmed.
