AW - first attempt at DIY Invite

I am so not a crafty person. I'm more of a buy it because its easier type. But, I couldn't find a invite that was exactly what I wanted so here is my first DIY invite. I may make some changes since there is still plenty of time, but I'm pleased with my sample.

I bought the penguin clip art on etsy because I couldn't find any free art that I liked but I did the rest in PowerPoint. I set the size of the slide to 5x7 before I started. I inserted a lot of shapes and then filled the backgrounds with colors or patterns. The part with the text has multiple text boxes so I could drag them where I wanted. The snow flakes are paper that I punched with a paper punch and then glued on, but you could also do the same with snowflake clip art.

I rarely use PowerPoint and it didn't take me long to figure out. I think you could also use Word.
