Newborn Grunting/Discomfort

Our daughter is now 2 weeks old. She grunts ALL the time day and night...She sometimes curls her legs to her belly too. She is breastfed and eats very well. I don't think it's reflux b/c her stools are the yellow and seedy and she spits up but it's not projectile. She doesn't cry like she's in pain, but the grunting is CONSTANT. Any ideas?? I've tried googling and some boards say that it's just the baby's way of expressing themselves...

We have our 2 week pediatrician appointment on MOnday.

Could be just normal gas ,.and her getting used to things.. They pull their feet into their chest for awhile.. It helps get things moving inside

Newborns are noisy. It's normal.

My DS has always grunted. Like PP they are noisy and I'm sure it helps get things moving

Yep, as PP mentioned. Babies are noisy.

This. It's totally normal. Sometimes could be gas or poops, but in general I think it's just what they do. Mine is grunting away right now, while falling asleep. DS #1 did it too and he grew out of it fairly early on, although I don't exactly remember how old.
