in 3rd Trimester

feeling worried about preterm labor, Not sure if its a bug or what.

symptoms

nausea, diarrhea, I had one tight cramp in pelvis about 2 min ago. back hurts but not sure if its how I am sitting. Feeling very out of it and weird. ?? dr. visit or sleep it out?

    Drink a couple big glasses of water and see how you feel in an hour or so. If you're that concerned though, call your doc.

    If you continue to feel the tightening/cramping, I would make a call.  Relax, put your feet up, drink lots of water.  Keep track of any cramps or tightening (duration/time between each).

    Drink water & gatorade.  Are you dizzy?  Sounds like dehydration, blood pressure issues, or something of the like.  How far along are you?  If youre feeling concerned I would call your OB office or the hospital.  KUP

    I would call your OB, what you are feeling could be a ton of different things and also all of those symptoms are normal in third tri. I would err on the side of caution and just call but I don't think you need to worry about PTL since you aren't having contractions, it's still a good idea to talk to OB and at least put your mind at ease.
