Nap sickness?

I am 7 weeks pregnant. I've felt nauseous a couple times now, but for some reason if I take a nap, I wake up nauseous and with a really bad headache. This has happened like 6-8 times now and is always in the afternoon. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I've not had nap sickness, but I do tend to get my ms in the evening - especially if I have to wait a while for dinner. Could it be that your stomach is empty because you've napped so haven't eaten for a while? Try nibbling something before you sleep and see if that helps.

    It's probably because you go for too long without eating during your nap. I second snacking on something before you lie down.

    I've had some nausea if I eat lunch and then lay down. not fun. hope you feel better!
