I rarely post so here I go.
I just came back from check up, we did blood work and dr notified me that lo is low on iron, but over all healthy. Lo is still drinking breast milk and is 9 months old so with eating it seems to be mostly fruits and few veggies. The only option the dr gave us was to feed her meat and egg yolks but, we have yet to try any red meat and eggs she will have a bite or two then spit out. I am living abroad in China they start feeding solids to babies early as 4 months and stop breast feeding at 6 months. The dr said my milk doesn't have enough iron for my lo. So with lo being a picky eater, any one have any ideas on what to give lo to eat to boost her iron up?? Thanks
