Stabbing pain 19DPO

Hi all. I hope this is the right place to post - I spend most of my time at TTTC but I had a baby question. So my period is 5 days late (19dpo) and last night I woke up with a stabbing pain in my uterus. It only lasted a moment. I thought it was AF arriving but still no blood. Any thoughts??
FYI my period is always very regular
