This is our first family photo:
So, I went in for induction on Monday night, they put in the Cervadil at 8:30 pm. By 3am I was cramping and crabby because my monitors would *not* stay in place on my stomach as I was sleeping, so I got no actual rest. By 5am I was having contractions, but the Cervadil stayed in until 7:30 when I was 3cm, then I took a shower and got ready for birth.
They placed my epidural at 8... I had edema so it was incredibly difficult- it took him 35 minutes and a call for backup. I was having contractions throughout and it sucked. it was only about 80% effective and left a window of pain that just so happened to overlap my pulled muscle (yay) they decided to supplement with fentonal instead of trying again.
We transferred to the OR at 1:35 PM when I had hit 9 3/4 cm dilated... They had me fight pushing for about 40 minutes, until they finally decided the anterior lip might not go away after all, so I started pushing. 5 sets of pushes later I was looking at my Little Man Caleb Christopher (2:25 pm 6 lb 1 oz)
My contractions stopped for about 15 minutes, then came back and I pushed for 15 minutes and they showed me my Big Boy John Marshall (2:55 pm 6 lb 11 oz)
DH followed them to the nursery while I got stitched up (small tear. nothing too bad)
I was in my room by 4PM and my boys didn't need any NICU time!
We were all healthy and got to go home on Thursday. My parents spent the night so we could get one last full nights sleep

Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL

TTC SINCE 7/2010, BFP-10/2010 ended in miscarriage 11/2010 : (.....
Progesterone level 4/2011= 11.29. SA normal. HSG normal.
8/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 35,
10/11 Clomid 50mg =BFN progesterone level 31,
11/11 Clomid 50mg=BFN progesterone level 12,
12/11 Clomid 50mg=Progesterone 31
01/12-Break from meds-BFN
Feb-cd3 blood work FSH(5), AMH(0.56) 02/12 Break....
03/01/12-Clomid 50mg with IUI #1=BFN.
04/01/12-Another round of clomid with IUI#2=BFN.
5/8/12-Diagnostic Laparoscopy-found minimal endometriosis and small fibriod.
June and July-much needed break
August-Bravelle 75 with IUI#3- BFN
September-Bravelle injects with IUI #4-BFP!! MC 10/7/12 : ( Sonohysterogram-Normal
December- Bravelle(3 good follicles & E2 1252) with IUI#5 BFFN
July IVF #1- BFP! : ) Beta #1-245, #2- 703, #3- 1655, #4- 3553 YAY! Praying and Praying this one sticks around!
