I did with my first son, and they didn't hold up to his pee worth anything. He peed thru them constantly, and all it took was one time peeing. I have heard good things about target's up and up, but seeing as how we don't have one locally I haven't tried them. Luvs aren't bad if you can handle their smell.
I thought the Parents Choice diapers were stiff, however I loved the White Cloud brand diapers from Walmart. It's hard to find those in stores though. My husband and I honeymooned in Arizona, and decided not to take up space in the luggage with diapers, opting to buy a pack when we got to our destination instead. As it turns out, our hotel in Flagstaff was across the street from a Walmart, and we saw them on the shelf and decided to give them a try. They were the same price as Parents Choice. The White Cloud diapers were very soft, fit my daughter well and had a wetness indicator stripe. We've looked in Walmart stores in other cities however, and so far only found the training pants sizes there. We ended up ordering a box of them online from Walmart.com, but are having them shipped to our mailing address because this item didn't qualify for Site-to-Store pick up.
I have used them and I am actually using them again for ds. They are stiff as others have said, however I haven't had any issues with leakage. I only got them this time because I was at walmart and remembered we needed more diapers. I do like Target up and ups, but my real preference is huggies.
Re: Walmart Brand (Parents Choice Diapers)
I did try the parents choice brand with DS1 when he was a size 3 and they leaked like crazy. So I won't be using them after NB stage.
Same here!
