Can babies teeth with out drooling?

Ok I am wondering if babies can teelth without drooling? My LO is fussy and I see what look maybe some teeth may be coming on the bottom where her first two teeth wound be,each side is purple. Is that normal. I felt today but not feeling anything and it doesn't seem swollen.

If so then I'm jealous LOL. My Lo drools buckets everyday. I change his bib about every half out because it'll be drenched.

Mine just cut his first tooth and I can feel another. He's not much of a drooler at all.

Neither of my older two drooled much while teething.
