Lately breakfast is all I am keeping down, so I've been making egg white breakfast sandwiches with sausage and decidedly unhealthy amounts of cheese. Adding cupcakes might be a good idea!
Today I had scrambled eggs with a piece of whole wheat toast. Lots of mornings I have bagels with cream cheese or breakfast sandwiches. I used to love yogurt with granola but have been having an aversion to it lately.
I switch between plain Greek yogurt with granola and mango; oatmeal with blueberries; and Quaker oatmeal squares cereal. Right now I am craving a breakfast burrito though!
Plain toast most mornings since that's all I could stomach. I've been feeling better the last couple of days so I made an egg today to put on the toast.

Some breakfast sandwiches (love the Special K flat bread ones) and English muffins with an egg or with heated cold cuts and melted cheese. Some mornings I have Special K protein plus with almond milk.
Almost every single morning: a 3 egg omelet with whatever cheese is on hand, sauteed bell peppers and onions, and sausage. We get our eggs from our chickens and the sausage from a local farm it is insanely delicious. I have to have sauteed peppers and onions every day, no idea why.
Second choice is cottage cheese and fruit. Again, the cottage cheese must be eaten daily.
Mom to 5 wonderful kids: 18ds, 15ds, 13ds, 11dd and baby boy! Why get old when you can get pregnant?
I have to have protein. Most days I make myself some sort of breakfast sandwich w/egg white, bacon or ham, cheese, and usually english muffins. Greek yogurt has a good amount of protein but I just can't eat it first thing in the morning.
Honey nut cheerios most days, and I will eat the other half of my son's banana. Sometimes will make an egg/cheese bagel or english muffin.Sometimes I run to Big Apple Bagels for a REALLY yummy egg/cheese bagel I love breakfast food.

Everett Alan James (3lbs8oz) and Eliana Lee (3lbs7oz) born 12/28/13 at 30w6d!
I'm kind of eating two breakfasts this week - a smoothie at 8am and a pumpkin spice chai tea latte and multigrain bagel with cream cheese about 2 hours later. I eat pretty small lunches and dinners so it works out ok right now!

Cheerios with milk, toasted bagel, fruit, waffle with berries, or eggs and bacon. Sometimes a muffin. Last pregnancy I LOVED fruit smoothies almost every morning.
Wow... Everyone is being so much healthier than me :-S
I wake up STARVING now that my morning sickness is mostly gone. Today I only have time for a yogurt and cookie but yesterday... I ate a peach yogurt, 2 pieces of buttered toast, half a cookie, a turkey sandwich with ranch, and a handful of grapes...
Don't you judge me

I'm all for an English muffin with either peanut butter or jelly on top and scrambled eggs. If I'm short on time, ill grab a granola bar. Now that its apple season, ill usually have one on my ride into work. Gotta love the honeycrisp apples!
I made breakfast tacos with chicken breakfast sausage, farm fresh eggs, sharp cheddar, and habanero hot sauce. It was amazing - I can't wait to make the same thing tomorrow.
I eat oatmeal (not instant) or bagels. I found if I eat carbs in the morning I feel much better and eat much healthier throughout the day. I usually have Greek yogurt and fruit 2 hours later.
1st breakfast is at 6am and I usually have a very small bowl of kix or chex. And 2nd breakfast about 9:30 I have an egg with either fruit or turkey bacon or both. My older boys tease me about having the eating habits of a hobbit
I eat a variety, typically either high protein cereal, a smoothie with greek yogurt, or a breakfast sandwich. I can't eat just carbs with no protein in the morning, it makes me sick all day.
During the work week, its a scrambled egg (sometimes with a tortilla) with tomatillo salsa and a piece of toast with jam. Weekends may have the same or shredded wheat cereal (kashi autum harvest is delish) with blueberries and yogurt.
I haven't been eating breakfast foods.. Weird I know. This morning I had a burrito and yesterday I had taquitos (Mexican kick?) and the day before that I ate a leftover baked potato. Pre pregnancy I usually made waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. normal breakfast foods.
This morning...Pumpkin cake. . Usually a wheat mini bagle with low fat cream cheese. Im normally pretty queasy in the am so I just try to eat whatever I can tolerate.
