P&R: Videos

This will be a P&R. :)

For those of you who video your LO often, how will you keep them?  I am going through a massive organization of pictures and videos and am at a loss for the videos.  They're usually 30 second snippets that may just get ridiculous on a CD, but I want him to have some of them when he's older.

    I compiled the best clips into a "my first year" DVD all set to music and edited together like a movie...the rest are all just arranged by date on a hard drive. I did the same with my niece and nephew. But I do freelance videography for a living/hobby...so that's probably not super helpful.

    I will probably just do a CD. It might be annoying that there are so many snippets, but I love looking at old videos of myself and my sisters, so I know he will appreciate it one day.

    Gee, thanks for making me feel incompetent.  Haha JK.  I actually have a friend who has a video business and I've considered asking him for some help.

    That's exactly what I thought too.  I can't see our old videos because of the format and it's going to cost $800 to convert them all. :(
