Bday celebration ideas for DH

I'm due October 5th with our first kiddo and DH's bday is Friday, September 27th. I was thinking we could take a half day off work to go do something fun together followed by dinner, but kind of at a loss of what we could do. Since I'm due 8 days from then I'd like to stay within an hour of the cities and I need a bathroom readily accessible.

In the last year we've done the Walker, Sculpture garden, and Minneapolis Institute of Art if that helps.

Ideas anyone?! TIA :-)
