TMI question

Has anyone ever had a yeast infection and not had discharge? I have what I think is a bad yeast infection but am not sure. I have no discharge just bad irritation and itching. I just got off an antibiotic which I think may have caused it. I havent had one in years so I don't remember what they are like. Also my doctor called in Difloucan for me, Anyone ever use this? How long did it take it to kick in? I have my annual exam with my OB on Monday so if it isn't gone I am sure she can diagnose and treat whatever it is, it just majorly sucks.

This seems very tmi but here ya go...I have had ones that have felt like a yeast infection but no discharge so I put it off and put it off and it will eventually get discharge. I have learned from my mistakes and call at the first sign now. Also, I always use diflucan and it works amazing. Should feel completely better by the next day.

Yep. I ALWAYS get one after antiobiotics.

Could be BV. Causes same symptoms. I've had it with no discharge before and it's treated with antibiotics.

I've had this. But ever since I started taking probiotics I've never had any issues. Antibiotics always seemed to offset down there. Get a good pill probiotic and it'll help so much! I highly recommend them for everyone as they put good bacteria in you and help with your overall well being! :-) but yeah those infections arnt any fun.
