SAIF input: Do you think it is a cyst(s), I'm KU or something else?

So I have been having pains/discomfort in my ovary/uterus area over the past few days. I think I'm approximately 8 dpo today.  Yesterday it was really bad. It seems to be a little better today, but I will have to see as the day goes on.  I do not usually have this feeling in my LP.  I frequently have pain around O, but never before in my LP other than the one time I was pregnant...and I distinctly remember that because I was calling the RE's office saying, "I think something is wrong! I think I have cyst or something." 

I have been taking supplements lately (Vitamin D, CoQ10/Ubiquinol and some other stuff) and we had unprotected BD one time during my fertile window.  It was 2 DPO--which if you read the studies, either 1 DPO or 2 DPO (depending on the study) is considered best time for conception. I didn't temp or take OPK's this cycle...mainly because we were on vacation around O.  I took an FRER last night and this morning.  Both were negative.  When I was pregnant with DS, I had a negative on the morning of 7DPO, didn't test 8 DPO and a positive (and not even a squinter!) on the morning of 9 DPO.  I had a beta on 11 DPO/DPIUI and it was very high for being that early...I don't remember exactly, but it made me think I had an early implanter.   

Adding to the confusion, my O was weird this time.  I had about 4-5 days of "wet" CM (longer than I usually have) but never got a lot of really stretchy EWCM--which I usually do right around O.  My DH has even suggested that maybe I never O'd... 

I know this is silly because I will likely know either way in a few days either with AF showing up (my LP's are typically 7-11 days) or a positive HPT, but I just wanted to see people's thoughts.  Do you think these pains could be implantation or do you think I have cyst? Or do you think something else entirely could be going on?  If so, what could it be?  If it is a cyst, is it likely that I won't start my period on time?  My mother had problems with cysts.

2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

    As an aside, my DH thinks I'm being a little silly about this entire thing because he thinks the odds of this happening naturally are very, very low...but, then again, I've heard of a lot of DOR ladies who started taking supplements in preparation for IVF (or on a break cycle between IVF rounds) and suddenly got pregnant after years of not being able to...I know of two just from various boards who are at the same clinic I am at and are on the same supplement regime I am on.

    I'm sorry you're in pain! Unfortunately, it sounds like this is a wait and see situation. :( If you're not pregnant, and you get the pains again next cycle, I would check in with your OB and see what they think, since you're worried about cysts. Hang in there!!!

    OMG. I just realized that my OP should read 2 days BEFORE ovulation.  Not 2 days after ovulation.
