10 Weeks Pregnant and symptoms gone

Hi I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have noticed the last couple of days my exhaustion has gone and my boobs no longer hurt at all. Has anyone else experienced this? Am concerned as I've had a missed miscarriage before

You are heading into your 2nd Tri.. Symptoms of early pregnancy tend to fade then and stay away. Be happy.

With DD1, I remember very distinctly feeling pretty good during week 9-11ish, then my nausea came back! You may just be done with the yucky part!

My nausea and fatigue let up significantly this week (10th week). Everything I've read said this is normal :-)

As someone who has also suffered a MMC, I know how terrifying things like this are. It's probably nothing, but if you're worried then call your dr. Symptoms do start to tail of later in the 1st tri, but I know that means nothing when you've had a MMC. With my MMC I had sore breasts for a good 2 weeks after I miscarried naturally, so it doesn't mean anything. If in doubt, call your doc

Yep. My nausea had tapered off by week 10 and I felt like a rockstar with a slightly poochy belly.

ETA OP, I'm sorry for your past MMC, I didn't see that when I first posted. Hopefully it's just a normal tapering of symptoms and your little bean is doing great in there.

My is getting better too and I am week 10. SOOOO relieved!

Yeah I am week 10 too, and just a couple days ago noticed I'm no longer absolutely exhausted! I was so surprised because I thought I'd have to wait until the 2nd trimester. Also I don't feel quite as nauseous, though that's still there to some extent.
