  Hey there, we love our in-home daycare (have a 16 month old and one on the way), but unfortunately they don't have any openings.  Just wanted to recommend getting on the Big Tent forums - Newton Mamas and Garden Moms.  ALWAYS people posting recs, nanny share searches, etc.  Great resources for Boston area moms - esp for this kind of thing!

  Here's a link to a website for home daycares in Wellesley.  I interviewed with Sue Audi several years ago (didn't go with her because we opted to hire a nanny).  I thought she was great, though.
