This mornings u/s revealed... Nothing. There is absolutely nothing in my uterus, no fetus, no blighted ovum, nothing. So now I'm getting bloodwork done to figure out why I got 2 positive pregnancy tests ( and no negatives) and why I'm still having ms. No cramps, no bleeding. Ugh, just waiting for the call to see if I have to go back for another u/s, or just go get bloodwork done on Friday. But, I have a super cuddly little boy and we just got a house, so those are my happy thoughts.
UPDATE: might not totally be out. Got the bloodwork back, my HCG was over 100,000. So sitting in the hospital waiting for another u/s. Hoping this shows something.

I am so sorry you are going through this. My friend had a terribly scary situation where they couldn't see anything in her gestational sac. It turns out the ultrasound machine wasn't working right. Luckily the doctor realized this might be the case and had an ultrasound done on a better machine.
I've got my fingers crossed for you and I will say a prayer.
