Follistim - jittery??

Has anyone else gotten the jitters while on follistim??  Oh my goodness, this was not a side effect that I expected!  At first I thought that the coffee shop gave me regular coffee by accident, but today I KNOW that's not it!  I feel like I drank 50 red bulls!  Maybe it'll just make me super productive haha :-)

@sparkles2040 What's up w/that!!!  I always hear people saying that it does the opposite and makes them super tired, I have not experienced that at all so far.  I'm sorry it's keeping you up, that really really stinks :-(  I'm lucky that for me it's been in the mornings into early afternoon and then it starts to fade.  Maybe it's the timing of when I do my injections.  I guess it's not the worse side effect in the world if it's making me productive at work!  I could do without the shaky fingers, though.

What time are you taking it? My doctor said evenings. We tried 8pm but that was bad, so now we are at 4:30 or as soon as I get home from work. Hard balancing act. Haha

Follstism made me exhausted. I was pretty much out of gas by the time I got home from work.

@sparkles2040 I take it around 8/8:30 every night.  My RE said anytime between 8-10pm is fine.  The jitters have actually calmed down a bit, but I think I still have them a little but not like it was!  It's definitely not made me feel tired at all (*knock on wood*), so that's at least a good thing.  Now the side effects are mostly upset stomach and some discomfort, but I expected that.

I am glad it has calmed down! On a positive note- I went in today to see how I responded: 12 follicles, most under 10, but a 17.5, 16, 15.5, and 14. With pills I always at 2 follicles with a max size or 7. Fingers crossed for you too! We are triggering Thursday and IUI on Friday.

@sparkles2040 GL with the IUI!!! FX for you :-)  My appt today I had about 40 follies that are either ready or just about ready to go so I'm either triggering tonight or tomorrow night, and then ER on Friday or Saturday.  I'm hoping it's Friday because I'm just ungodly uncomfortable now - I can't even sit without feeling like I'm going to pop an ovary and I'm trying my best not to call out of work!
