I ran a marathon almost exactly 6 years ago and over the years have gotten away from running and gained a significant amount of weight.
This past week I re-re-committed to Weight Watchers and started the Couch to 5K running program (which is probably a LITTLE easier than I need,but I want to avoid injury/burnout). I completed Week 1, Days 1 and 2 yesterday and today- feels so good to get my running legs beneath me again!
