LO is sick!

DD woke up with a stuffy nose, cough, and a fever. She's been up for almost 3 hours and won't eat. We gave her Tylenol and she the it right back up. Then threw up like, nothing, it just looked like a lot of spit but too much to be normal. I called in to the pedi and we have to take in. I'm in tears. Thoughts & prayers please!

    DD is still getting over a cold that hit her Friday. She woke up with a stuffy nose and cough. I thought it was NBD at first but it progressed really fast. I was lucky the pedi was able to see her right away... The fever that hit her a couple hours later and lasted on and off the rest of the day really scared me! Hope they get to see her quickly, T&Ps to you and LO.

    Thanks ladies! DD has a cold.he said we are great parents for bringing her in with first symptoms. He said too many wait too long so we got an A! Lol he said it'd get better before it got worse which we figured but just to keep an extra eye on her.

    It sucks, LO has been battling a cold for over two weeks now.  His spirits are good - eating, peeing, pooping, sleeping normally, but he just can't shake the cough.  I've had him at the doc twice!  I feel so bad for him!

    DD had a temp of over 102 over the weekend as well as a cough and stuffy nose that had us in urgent care. She is still coughing and stuffy so I'm working from home and keeping her out of daycare for a few days. Hope your LO gets better!

    My LO is sick too but I'm not sure the pedi can do anything for her. What did your pedi do?

    My LO has a fever, runny/stuffy nose and prob a headache and sore throat since that's what I have.

    James had ear infections on top of runny/stuffy nose and cough.  so he needed ABX.

    So sorry :-( if you have problems with stuffiness at night definitely try putting a flat pillow under one side of the mattress to elevate baby's head. Hope she feels better soon!

    DS used to throw up spit like that - so gross! It is just all of the drainage + excess spit babies have.

    DD has her first cold & I'm going to pick up a humidifier tonight. We had the one DS used, but I figure since it has been in storage for 2 years I'll just buy a new one. Those things are a huge PITA to clean & keep clean I don't want to make it worse for her.
