My baby has been up for 2 hour crying with a tummy ach , I had fish rice and glass of lemand for dinner thinking it might of been the fish or lemand. Anyone know if fish or lemand can upset a baby tummy
There's a decent chance LO will grow out of any sensitivities as well, so even if you're pretty sure there is one now, you can always wait and try again as LO grows and digestive system matures.
Stupid FTM ?, but how can you tell your baby doesn't like something? Dd is a demanding high needs baby. I don't notice a difference in her fussiness when I eat different things,
Do they spit up more? Have more gas? Any other way to tell besides fussiness?

I'm with ya...figured it was too early to know what bothers her belly. Can't say I have noticed anything...

This.
I have a really low maintenance baby and both times I had chicken tenders he stayed up all night screaming and kept getting really stiff which is usually a sign of a belly ache. I assume it is fried foods in general and can't say for sure that's what did it those nights but it was bad enough to make me just want to stray from fried or greasy foods in general. Those nights were rough.
My LO apparently doesn't like anything I eat. She seems to always have an achy tummy at some point during the day. I feel so bad because I can't figure out what it's from. Maybe I should try gas drops.. Or I could be the cause!
With my first, I noticed an increase in spit up when I are Indian food and drank coffee on an empty stomach. I chose to stay away from those things but it really isn't necessary.

For DS, he would get super fussy, crying, arching his back, straightening his legs etc. He also had spent reflux, meaning he was spitting up a lot but swallowing it.
Any food that could be considered gassier- broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes- or high in caffeine made him miserable.
This little lady gets that way from caffeine. If I have a lot (drink a soda or a large amount of chocolate) DD is an unhappy camper.
On a positive note, it is helping me eat cleaner and avoid the junky calories!

Look at the LA leche league website, knowledge is power!
Starbucks chai seems to make LO poop more and turns the poop greenish, so I'm giving those up for a while. Haven't noticed any other obvious connections between what I eat and his moods.

Re: Things you can't while breast feeding
These two seem to be good with whatever.
