Nausea after naps? Please someone have a cure...

I try to take naps in the afternoon when I can, even if it's only for like 30 minutes after I get home from work. The problem is that when I nap, I end up waking up with nausea and it lasts all night. I've tried eating a little bit before napping, drinking plenty of water....nothing helps. Does this happen to anyone else, and does anyone have a cure for this? If I don't nap, then I'm in bed by 7:30....

Ooooh. I used to wear those for air sickness. Totally gonna try that out!

I get that too. I eat crackers before I get out of bed. It doesn't help that much, but I just have to weigh my options nap/barfy or no nap/tired/probably still barfy.

Found sea bands. They are on. Have to work a few hours then nap. Soooo curious if it'll work. I feel like a science experiment!

I'm actually feeling pretty good after naps, now that I'm pregnant. When I'm not pregnant, I get very nauseated and weak after naps - my only cure, is to avoid napping...
