Possible pregnancy HELP??!!!!

I had our son April 1st, we had sex April 30th and May 4th, got my implanon birth control put in June 4th....my preg test was negative but since May I have been throwing up, nauseated, bouts of loose stools, headaches, and Avery emotional. Ive only had one period right before I had the Implant put in, and exclusively breastfeed my son...I'm wondering if you think I could be pregnant, my fiancé swears I am but I'm not sure, I know I'm tired of being sick and exhausted all the time and the doctor wants 500 dollars to see me sooo advice please???

    I'm not even sure what mud means but I last test I took was in June and doctor is 200 plus test and I love her she was our delivery doc I have a hard time findin good docs and I will!...

    I can't see inside your uterus but I'd wager with a negative test you aren't pregnant. Probably an off cycle. Ditto pp go buy a $1 test.

    Or find a Planned Parenthood? They will def provide care on a sliding scale if you can't afford it.

    thanks for all of the advice ladies i am setting up an app. with my doctor my symptoms are  getting worse and i need to be well so i can keep food down, need nutrition to breastfeed, :)

    I'm pretty sure all of those "pregnancy" symptoms are Implanon side effects as well.

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    that was my guess but everytiime ive told my fiance i wasnt pregnant i ended up pregnant 3 miscarrys and our beautiful baby boy. were thinking about just taking it out because im sick of being sick.
