I recommend charting-look under "getting pregnant". If you are irregular, you might want to get some ovulation test strips unless you want to exhaust yourself by having sex constantly. Order off the Internet. The are much cheaper than the drugstore.

    Tin foil if you want one behbeh. For multiples you must use cling wrap. Not plain plastic wrap. Must be cling wrap.

    Tin foil seems sharp. I was going to suggest plastic wrap but I see someone beat me to it. For the record, we didn't use ANY plastic wrap to get our twins... does that mean if we had used it, it would have been QUADS?
