Going to ER

Well I've been having what feels like contractions on and off since Saturday night. My doctor told me not to worry but I read online that this woman's baby detached and she miscarried due to her contracting at 6 weeks. I told my doc and she told me to go to the ER. I'm so worried. I'm praying for it to be nothing.

I agree with PP. Doctor Google will tell you or you're baby is dying every time. Try not to google too much when it comes to that, all you will do is waste time and money!

I don't think it's smart to make such a bold statement that everything is going to be fine. It's great to give support, but this post was not at all supportive.

@mrsmedina178, if your doctor has advised you to go to the ER please follow their orders. FX that all is ok with you and your baby ((hugs))

I hope everything turns out ok for you. Be careful with google/internet. It is going to show you the absolute, worse scenarios. My dr. actually "banned" from the internet last pregnancy bc my anxiety got so bad.

UPDATE: Turns out I was having contractions due to stress in my back (fractures disc). So they gave me Tylenol prescription and tons of exercises to do so I can relieve some of that stress. Thank you all for your T & P. I'm sooooo relieved.

Not sure if it can help with fractured discs, but I live for my chiropractor since I have scoliosis in my back and neck. Perhaps a chiro can help alleviate some of the stress and loosen you up?

So glad to hear that you are okay babywise. Hope your back feels better soon. I'd definitely suggest yoga. I've found it to mirror much of what I've done in physical therapy for back/nerve pain issues.
